free time!

I've had free time finally after weeks of nonstop work....So I watched movies today.
After 2 months of sitting in my DVR I saw an old movie called Stage Door. It starred Ginger Rogers and Katherine Hepburn and Lucille Ball had a supporting role. It was pretty good, about a bunch of young actresses trying to make it in NY. there was a lot of witty wisecracking going on, which of course i loved... It was nothing groundbreaking but it was sweet and understated. It really showed the complexity of the female friendship/rivalry. As with most old movies, I got jealous over the clothes...

Saw GG that was saved on my DVR, best episode ever...watched Privileged too, that show is pretty dull, I'll miss like 3 episodes and it doesn't make much of a difference...

annie hall

So I finally saw "Annie Hall" tonight, it was okay. Kind of confusing how it leaped from different time frames but it made sense. It was kind of funny but i hate the seventies so it wasn't so great for me...

rock of love

Rock of love...wtf is up with this trailer park culture...people laugh at this shit and then they act and dress like it
Watching a Cary Grant movie...kinda dull but vaguely entertaining...kind of like vanilla ice cream

watching grey's anatomy on dvr...why the hell don't they quit this ghost shit...you half expect to see a making pottery scene.... Every time this show gets good they have to screw it up....The new guy is hot...for a redhead...ok i changed my mind the men are looking good this episode...Grey's is the best
what the hell is this about Will Smith remaking the Karate Kid for his 10 yr old son? first of all, the KK was 18 and second of all that idea sucks. i'm sick of hwood remaking good movies and making them crap. Would it kill them to actually WRITE A SCRIPT? They can even just rip off the story idea but why try rip off the creditibility of the other movie by selling it as the same thing? It's like heating up old sushi, slapping some soy sauce on it and serving it up as a fresh dish...
